A summer of fun, friends, & adventure at Aquidneck Island Day Camp. Each week is designed to help kids feel confident, connected, and excited for each new day. Campers explore Rhode Island through adventurous field trips and enjoy hands on activities, creative projects, science labs, games, and wilderness skills on site. Our goal is simple: joyful days, meaningful friendships and memorable summer fun. We help kids feel at home from day one. Our counselors are energetic, experienced, and trained to support different personalities, learning styles, and comfort levels. Some kids jump right in. Others take a little time. Some lead, some observe, some dream up ideas we never would’ve thought of. We meet each child where they are so every camper can participate fully and joyfully. Every week we blend on site programming with off campus adventures. Campers visit quirky museums, natural environments, historical sites, zoos, aquariums, and special surprise destinations. These trips spark curiosity and give kids a chance to explore Rhode Island in fun, memorable ways. While on campus, campers dive into a wide range of activities: Wilderness Skills Lab Shelter building, navigation, water wise skills, plant & animal tracking, and survival mindset. Makers’ Studio Textiles, weaving, jewelry, painting, sculpture, and 3 D building — a creative space where ideas come to life. Science Labs Slime experiments, hands on challenges, and real world problem solving that make learning exciting. Field Games & Sports Imagination driven games, skill building, teamwork, and plenty of outdoor play. We also welcome special visitors throughout the summer — Mad Science, storytellers, balloon artists, animal ambassadors, and more. These guests bring unique experiences that make each week feel fresh and exciting.
